2. Services Offered

Zweigle Septic Service, LLC provides professional septic system installation, maintenance, and repair services across the USA. Our services ensure reliability, efficiency, and safety for residential and commercial properties.

3. Service Scheduling

  • All service appointments are scheduled directly with our manager upon order confirmation.
  • Clients must provide access to the property at the agreed date and time.
  • Rescheduling requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance; late changes may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • All cancellations or changes must be communicated directly with our manager.
  • Full refunds are available if the service is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Partial refunds may apply for later cancellations, depending on costs already incurred.
  • No refunds are provided for services already completed.

5. Service Issues

  • If services are found unsatisfactory due to proven errors or negligence, the Company will re-perform the service at no extra charge.
  • If re-performance is not feasible, a proportional refund or credit will be determined by the manager.

6. Unforeseen Circumstances

  • Full refunds or alternative arrangements will be provided if service cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond the Company’s control, such as extreme weather or emergencies.

7. Refund Procedure

  1. Submit a refund or service concern request via email to maisymarsh@zwsepticsvc.com including your full name, service date, and description of the issue.
  2. Our manager will respond within 2 business days with instructions and confirmation.
  3. Approved refunds or credits will be processed directly by the management team.

8. Promotions & Discounts

  • Discounted services or promotional offers are subject to terms agreed upon with our manager.
  • Refunds for discounted services reflect the actual value confirmed by the manager.
